Order Processing

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

All U.S. orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse or partner suppliers to ensure faster delivery and tracking support.


Asia (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Korea, Philippines)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

Orders within Asia are usually shipped from our Asia-based warehouses (China or regional hubs) for quicker delivery.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available during promotional offers or for qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
